Bianca Bezdek-Goodloe is a member of the New York Bar Association and a Foreign Registered Advocate with the European Union. Having worked at the top global and magic circle law firms Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP and Linklaters (in Prague, Berlin and London), Ms. Bezdek-Goodloe has years of experience in film finance, entertainment law and intellectual property, having also worked in development and production prior to practicing law. In 2003, Ms. Bezdek-Goodloe founded Bezdek Law, a bi-coastal boutique entertainment, intellectual property, film finance, and corporate law firm and production finance advisory group providing counsel on all aspects of motion picture and television development, financing, production and distribution, including state and federal (Section 181 of the U.S. Tax Code) tax incentives. Clients have included Paramount Pictures, New Line Cinema, Universal Pictures, Miramax Films, Warner Bros. Pictures, Endemol Group B.V., Fallbrook Credit Finance and an array of independent producers for whom Ms. Bezdek-Goodloe has advised on the structuring and allocation of over 1 billion USD (into films including Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, Lara Croft: The Cradle of Life, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, The Core, The Fighting Temptations, Marci X, Looney Tunes Back in Action!, Malibu's Most Wanted, Paycheck, among others). Ms. Bezdek-Goodloe is also an adjunct professor at New York University and University of California Los Angeles.
